Online and Phone Counselling near Godalming

About me

With the recent social distancing and self-isolation restrictions, face to face counselling is not possible so I offer Skype, WhatsApp and phone sessions at times to suit us both.

I offer a professional, caring and sensitive counselling service to clients in South West Surrey.

I welcome individuals (over 18) and couples. I work particularly with anxiety, stress, depression, post-natal depression, relationship issues, infidelity, anger management, coping with family issues, loss and bereavement.  I focus very much on the relationship between client and therapist - a working relationship that is built on respect, trust and empowerment, within a secure and confidential environment.

I use an integrative approach to counselling which allows flexibility and enables me to find the most suitable therapy for your individual needs. This could include Psychodynamic work, Person Centred therapy, Transactional Analysis and Relational work.  These are all very technical terms - but using a wide range of theories and practices, I can offer a tailor-made approach that fits your specific needs.  I work in a very emphatic way and am non-judgemental.
